And we’re back. Due to some technical difficulties, we had lost some updates to our website, so we apologize for the vastly out of date information here. We are working to get this site back up to current and restored to its former glory.
The 2017 season is going to be a light one in regards to major shows, but that is okay, because we have already had some amazing experiences and we have a lot of great things planned for our down time.
To begin, we had a lovely time (as always) at the NH Renaissance Faire this past May where we reconnected with so many wonderful fans and met countless new ones. We also had the honor of being filmed by WMUR NH Chronicle for a featured piece. In case you missed it, here is the link:
Next up, we will be at the VT Summer Renaissance Faire in Stowe VT on June 24th and 25th. This is a gorgeous location and the weather should be great. After that, we will be working with the NH Roller Derby on a wonderful fundraiser event near the end of the summer. We will post more details as we get closer. And we have a big list of new songs that we are working on that will (hopefully) manifest itself into a new album in the near future.
Have a great summer and we will see you soon!
We are very excited to announce what will likely be our final performance of 2015, and what better place to have it than at the ever-amazing Otherwhere Market!
We will performing small sets throughout the course of the day so please come by anytime to see us and the vast amount of amazing vendors.
Check out the event page on Facebook. We hope to see you there!
Well, B.O.N.E.S. has certainly had an exciting season — so exciting, in fact, that the website has been quite neglected!
Even when the crew’s not pirating together, its members are still quite busy — this past weekend, a few from the B.O.N.E.S. crew joined up with a few members of our friends The King’s Busketeers to scope out the 133rd Bolton Fair as a future venue for B.O.N.E.S. They had a great time, met some fantastic people, and made a few exciting connections that may lead to great things for the crew! They also were in disguise as non-pirate people. Weird!
Anyway, we still have a few more events on the horizon: This coming Saturday, August 22nd, B.O.N.E.S. will be joining our friends at Bert’s Better Beers in Hooksett, NH for some beers and a barbecue, and the following Friday, August 28th, we’ll be performing alongside many other acts at Carnival for a Cure in Woburn, MA, which is sure to be a fun time for a great cause.
And don’t forget, on October 1st, we will once again be joining the Rogues Armada for the Haunted Happenings Parade in Salem, MA. It’s a grand kick-off to the Halloween season, and our combined pirate crews will be a fearsome sight!
We hope to see you all soon!
As a gift to all of our fans who have been so patient, we’d like to share a few snippets of the songs we recorded this past July! We’ve got a few old favorites, a few new songs not many have heard us perform, and even a surprising new twist on some! We hope you enjoy this little teaser, and please keep a weather eye out for the official release — which we’re hoping will be before the end of the year!
Check it out on Youtube, or download the mp3 right here!
Thank you all again, as always, for your support and enthusiasm!
As the B.O.N.E.S. 2014 season draws to a close, it’s time to start planning for next year! We already have a few events booked, but we want to ask our fans — where do YOU want to see us perform?
Comment here on this post, on our Facebook page, or send us a message with any and all venue ideas! Faires and festivals, parties and pubs… any place where we can share our music!
We also LOVE performing at charity events!
If you have any contact information for the venues you suggest, that would of course be very helpful, but even if you don’t, speak up!
The 2014 B.O.N.E.S. season has slowed down, but we’ve had a great year. As a quick recap, we visited the grand reopening of Raider Laser in Dover, NH; entertained a number of families at the Exeter PTO’s celebration in Kingston, NH; sang and played at the Prince John Medieval Faire in Plymouth, NH; ran amok at the New Hampshire Renaissance Festival in Kingston, NH; wreaked some havoc at the Black Swan Inn Pirate Festival in Tilton, NH; performed at a sarcoma cancer awareness event in Carver, MA; and wandered about the Mashpee Pirate Palooza in Mashpee, MA… plus a few private parties mixed in. Whew! We’ve been busy! You can see photos from many of these events in our photo gallery.
Somewhere among all our vast wanderings and performances, we found time to record a CD! Yes indeed, we took over the beautiful First Parish Church in Plymouth, MA for a day, and got some recordings that we will be very excited to release to you all! In the meantime, you can see a few photos taken by our good friend Steven Kosherman during the recording process right here.
If that’s not already enough awesomeness for you… we have a few rough edits of our new recordings already! They’re not finalized, but they already sound pretty amazing, and we’d love to share a snippet or two with our fans… but first, we need your help! Spread the word to everyone you know — if our Facebook page hits 700 likes by the end of this month, we’ll release a teaser of our latest recordings!
Thank you all, as always, for supporting us and cheering us on. We love sharing our passion with our fans, and to know that so many of you have such love for what we do… it truly means the world to us!
B.O.N.E.S. has had a very busy couple of months! Not only have we found ourselves performing nearly every weekend since April, but we finally managed to get a CD out to our fans!
As our season is winding down, we’re all looking forward to taking a bit of a break from the performances and finding time to work on new material. But do not fret… 2014 has not seen the last of B.O.N.E.S.! We still have two more public performances coming up, and one is just around the corner!
On Saturday, June 21st, we will be performing alongside our good friends, The Three Busketeers, at a sarcoma awareness fundraiser in Carver, MA. Follow the link for more information: https://www.facebook.com/events/554510728001872/
We raise our glasses to you all…
We are still in the process of updating some things, but our new website is now fully functional! Please have a look around at our description of the show, our photos and videos, and our upcoming events, and keep an eye out in the coming days and weeks for lyrics to all our songs, as well as profiles for all our crew members!
Thank you all, as always, for your support!
